We need to verify all of the owners of the property. Please use the form below to upload your proof of ownership documents.
Where to find your Title Register
If you do not have a copy of your Title Register, you can buy one instantly from the Land Registry website for £7.
Click here to visit the website and then click the green “Start now” button under “Search for a property” (you may be required to create an account, which only takes a minute to do).
Once you have found your property, you will find the Title Register under the “Available Documents” section.
The Land Registry charge £7 for the Title Register. They also charge an additional £7 for the Title Plan. We do not require the Title Plan, just the Title Register.
Why we need this information
We understand that it may be frustrating to be providing so much information at this stage. We also appreciate that you may not have had to provide this in the past.
