Zara is passionate about property – she’s spent 20 years selling and letting houses and jointly ran a business aimed at investors in the property market. She and her husband also renovate their own homes. Their current project is a 200-year-old cottage in Clearwell. Zara joined Archer and Co to work in the lettings department but now she is responsible for new business valuations and sales negotiations in the Forest of Dean, where she grew up and has spent most of her career. Determined, focussed and a bit of a perfectionist, Zara is a people person, prepared to go above and beyond for customers. She has strong negotiation skills, honed by advanced training and is an Associate of the Guild of Property Professionals. She has completed a lettings course with RentSmart Wales and has an NVQ in business studies and customer service. At home, Zara is a busy Mum and very “hands-on” helping with the property refurbishment. She enjoys family camping holidays in West Wales, mountain biking in the Forest of Dean and devotes spare moments to support Packed with Love, packing essential items for children taken into emergency care. No wonder her husband calls her Superwoman!
